Genuinely some of the best food I’ve had in a really long time. And I’m a vegan chef so this was such a joy. Thoughtful flavour profiles, perfect balance of texture - this is my new favourite place in Brighton. The team was super friendly and the wines were great - clearly labelled and lots of organic and bio dynamic options. Honestly obsessed with this restaurant - big up!!!
Absolutely delicious! Even if you're not vegan (we aren't) you need to try this place. The food was full of flavour and so moreish. Small plates meant we had to order one of everything (almost!) as we liked the look of it all! Really lovely, friendly service too which seems to be rarer these days. Family friendly too which is nice to see. Highly recommend for Sunday lunch!
Went for the first time a week ago and back again. The Katsu chicken was delicious, the best I’ve had. Staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

Botanique is such a gem! Every dish is vegan and focused on championing the best seasonal produce for the least food-miles. I honestly enjoyed every dish I ate - we ordered six small plates between the three of us with two sides to share. It was the perfect amount of food, and not too expensive considering the size and quality of the dishes. Next time I would want to leave some room for dessert though - the pudding menu looked exceptional! There’s a lovely, calm atmosphere at this restaurant, and the service we received was really pleasant too. The staff are knowledgable about the menu, and attentive without being overbearing. I would not hesitate to come back here for special occasions, it really is worth a visit for vegans and non-vegans alike
I have visited Botanique twice now and have been as impressed both times by the service, food and drinks. The seasonal menu is a love letter to vegetables and the amazing selection of wines and cocktails pairs beautifully. Combine this with attentive service and it’s easy to understand why I am counting down the days to go back!!
We had a wonderful meal at botanique. The flavours they’re able to generate with all vegan and (primarily) gluten free ingredients is incredible. It was too hard to rank the dishes but the oyster mushrooms and the celeriac steak were the highlight!
Lovely high quality vegan friendly restaurant serving freshly sourced food, with delicious taste fusions creatively presented. Top marks for service too, friendly and knowledgeable. We went as a family with a young baby and it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning.
